Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without notice or refund.

4. AI-Generated Content

GrowthAssist uses AI to generate personalized content suggestions. You understand that:

AI-generated content is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing before publishing

We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content

You retain full responsibility for any content you publish on LinkedIn or other platforms

Content generated using our AI tools is owned by you — we do not claim ownership

5. Subscriptions & Billing

GrowthAssist offers free and paid subscription plans.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments

We do not store your payment card details

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to GrowthAssist — including design, software, AI models, and branding — are owned by Techcream Services and Solutions Private Limited.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission

Our trademarks and logos may not be used without prior consent

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you

7. LinkedIn Integration

GrowthAssist integrates with LinkedIn via the official OAuth API.

You must comply with LinkedIn's own Terms of Service while using our platform

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation

We are not responsible for changes to LinkedIn's API that may affect our service

You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your profile settings

GrowthAssist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., LinkedIn follower growth or lead generation)

We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techcream Services and Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, profits, or data

Damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using GrowthAssist at any time by cancelling your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India
